As you can see in the photo, my debut novel Accidental Intelligence is available at Jupiter’s Eye Book Cafe in Spokane, Washington. I’m thrilled that they’re stocking it! Each copy is signed and comes with my Silver Medal sticker (removable) from the 2026 Readers’ Favorite International Book Awards.
I’ve mentioned Jupiter’s Eye in my newsletter, but for those not already in the know, this absolutely lovely combination bookstore and coffee shop near downtown Spokane is a terrific spot. They specialize in SciFi, fantasy, horror, and thrillers, have plenty of seating, and serve delicious coffee, snacks, and sandwiches. It’s an outstanding establishment!
You should absolutely stop by when you’re in the area. And if you spot me hammering away at my keyboard, say hello! They’re about this close to charging me rent…
Progress on Inside the Mirror
I’ll also take a moment to update you on Inside the Mirror, the follow-up to Accidental Intelligence. I’ve made substantial progress in the last several weeks, and I’m nearly done with the first draft. Of course, “nearly done with the first draft” doesn’t mean I’m almost finished with the novel. In addition to tidying up the ending, I have major rewrites coming in the next drafts.
But the light at the end of the tunnel is looking less like an oncoming train and more like an actual exit, so yay me!
